Collect & Return Lockers
We recently provided one of our clients with an automated car key collection system, designed and built from scratch by us. The finished unit allowed our client’s customers to scan their collection ticket at the locker, which would then dispense the keys to the vehicle. This function was previously performed by a sales advisor, but this smart locker solution allowed our client to dispense with that human interaction, as well as making it quicker and easier for the customer.
Temperature Controlled Lockers
CGS have provided a number of temperature controlled lockers to restaurants, allowing them to maintain a chilled or heated environment for food that will be collected for pick up via Deliveroo, Just eat, Uber Eats etc. We work closely with each restaurant to design a concept that fits their vision for customer experience.

Each locker comes as standard with a kiosk display that allows you to manage the function of the unit and install your own software. We can also manufacture them with chip and pin devices installed or with a cradle solution for your payment terminal.
We also offer a number of levels of managed services to maintain the hardware and software through a service level agreement.
